ELKHART COUNTY 4-H ENROLLMENT POLICY – STATE FEE

It is the policy of Indiana 4-H Youth Development to assess a $15.00 state program fee to each youth participant, grade 3-12, to help offset program delivery costs. None of the annual state program fees collected will be available for use in the Elkhart County 4-H program.  Families enrolling more than three youth (grades 3 - 12 only) will be provided a discount for State Program Fees.  Program fees are non-refundable after a youth’s membership status becomes active in 4honline.

​The Outdoor season starts on April 5.   Sign ups will be available at 8:00am on March 28, 2025.    Remember to review the club manual for all details.   Only registered members will be allowed to participate in range activities.
